Unlike conventional professional duct cleaning methods, Vent AIR is not a system that is simply deployed periodically throughout the year to clean up dirty ductwork.
It's purpose is not to act as a treatment to de-grease ductwork, but works as a preventative system to stop the build up of grease from the outset.
Vent AIR operates round the clock, 365 days a year to help ensure the entire kitchen extract is kept clean and grease-free, including all the hard to reach places such as corners and risers. It is able to do this by dispersing fine particles of Vent liquid along the route of the ductwork, literally following the path of the grease.
The standout advantage of Vent AIR compared with manual methods of duct cleaning is that it provides continual fire risk reduction. It therefore is able to meet required standards every hour of every day.
As can be seen in the graph below, manual duct cleaning is only able to minimise fire risks immediately after the duct-clean has been carried out. As soon as grease levels within the extract start to build, as does the risk of fire. Vent AIR provides a continually minimised fire risk.
Vent AIR is not a 'fit and forget' concept. Along with the system's ability to de-grease continually, the Vent team works with individual customers to formulate a bespoke post-installation service plan, with periodical inspections that assist in ensuring the entire route of the kitchen extract system is grease-free and at safe levels.
